Scrap-Mart takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within thirty (30) days for a merchandise refund or exchange. Products beyond thirty (30) days from date of purchase, special orders, and shipping and/or handling charges are not returnable or refundable.

  • All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in resalable condition, unopened and unused with original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • For die cutting tools we can only accept  them back if everything is in new condition. That means no scratches, impressions on mats, platforms, etc
  • Scrap-mart will only pay return shipping costs if returned items shipped due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7 - 14 business days.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our Customer Care or Sales Departments for any and all returns.
    • To obtain your RMA number simply call toll free at: 1-918-453-9111 during our hours of operation or e-mail us Kindly include your name and/or company name, order and/or account number and contact information.
  • There are NO returns on any electronic items unless it is defective (i.e. Gazelle, Silhouette, Making memories Slice, etc).
  • If you received free shipping with your order, we will charge you the shipping we had to pay to get the product to you.
  • Since our system does not "store" your credit card information for a long period of time, if you cancel an item you have not received yet and your card has been purged from our system, you will be given store credit in lieu of a refund. The same is true with Paypal as they will only allow us to refund for up to 60 days.
